If you were newly transferred to Seterus this month, WELCOME!
If you have not yet received a Welcome Kit, then we are still receiving information on your loan from your prior servicer and are unable to speak to you about any loan
details. As soon as we finish setting up your account, we will send you a Welcome Kit to tell you about Seterus, what we do, and to provide contact information and
answers to many of the questions you may have. We will also attempt to contact you by phone. We expect this to happen by the 15th of month. If you don't hear from us
by then, please feel free to call. Once we have received all of the information from your prior servicer regarding your account, you will also be able to set up your
own personal online profile.
